After having gone through a terrible experience with both an Agency and Nanny, finding Home Comfort Caregivers was a blessing. They were easy to contact, listened to all of my concerns,answered questions and replaced problems with solutions. My biggest fear when we decided to seek out another agency to find a nanny was "How can I be assured that this time will be different, I can't make the same mistakes or be naive in any way!" When speaking with HCC I expressed this concern and I was amazed at the length of time they spent on the phone with me outlining what works and what to avoid. After having had that conversation I knew these were the right people to be dealing with. Donnah,our nanny,is living with us now and she is very much part of our family.
I would have to say that the most frustrating part of this whole process was the waiting period of time, it turned out to be longer than we anticipated but in the end it was worth the wait.
